Why can’t i get the newest iOS on an iPhone 7yet? This is bs lol and also my phone keeps going black with the little circular lined dot thing spinning in the middle and then cuts back on then goes back black and does this non stop for hours then will stop for hours does anyone know what that is or means??

The iPhone 7 is an older device that does not feature support for the latest version of iOS. The spinning circle is caused by an aging battery that no longer has full capacity. Try going to an authorized service center to get a battery replacement, or, to use a later version of iOS, you may have to purchase a newer phone.
