Why am I being asked to buy iCloud storage when I'm already paying 50GB a month for it

I am being asked to buy more iCloud storage when am already paying £0.79 a month for 50GB of storage. When will this issue be resolved?

Re: "I am being asked to buy more iCloud storage"

Depending on what you are syncing / storing with iCloud, 50 GB may not be a lot of storage.

To see how much of your 50Gb you are using:

How to: Use iCloud on iPhone – Apple Support

says you can go to:

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > See your iCloud storage status.

You may need to manage / reduce what is stored.

It is a good idea to have a back-up stored elsewhere, like on an external storage drive, or on a computer,

and

to back-up everything, if you need to delete anything on the iPhone, or from iCloud. (with iPhone and iCloud in sync = when you delete on one, it deletes in the other).

If needed: Apple Support has an article online (link below):

It can help to manage the storage you have, without buying extra.

Else:

If the requests / reminders for more storage are in error:

You can send feedback to Apple. They will likely not reply.

Yet if others are also experiencing unwanted messages,

we may see changes in a future update.

Webform for feedback.
