I'm paying .99 a month for increased icloud storage. How much storage am I supposed to get for this .99? My iphone is saying that my storage is full again even though I am paying for this extra storage.

50GB on Apple's servers; it's separate from the iPhone's internal storage. If you're out of that, delete or offload content from it.
