Apple watch no longer vibrates when location based shortcuts are triggered

Since latest IOS and watchOS update the watch no longer vibrates when a location based shortcut is triggered. The shortcut does run, as before, but the vibration is essential for me to react to the shortcut as a location based one can not run automatically (yet). And since this is one that triggers when I pass a location while driving, this kind of makes the shortcut useless. Anybody else have the same problem?

Apple Watch series 3 seconds dial is not moving while on Chronograph I've never had a problem with my watch of 3 years up until today when I decided to switch the theme. I though the Chronograph looks great and tried it, however my watch doesn't seem to show seconds, the second's dial is stuck at 12 and not moving.
