THIS IS NOT WORKING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS
I subscribed for family plan for apple music and shared with family on family sharing but the have no access to the apple music service. can you please tell me how to fix that?

What happens exactly when they try access Apple Music?
How are they trying to access Apple Music?
What devices are involved?
Have you invited them to your Family Group?
Have they accepted the invitation?
And does the subscription appear as shared for them in Settings ➜ Family ➜ Subscriptions on their devices?

In that case, they may need to sign out in Settings ➜ Account (top of Settings) ➜ Media & Purchases and sign back in again with their Apple ID to refresh the shared subscription status.
