Hello ramatulaikalokoh,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're unable to sign in to iCloud. When you do try, you're prompted with a verification error. If so, we'd like to help out and recommend some steps to help further isolate this issue. To help sort out and narrow down communication errors, try the following steps below:

1.) Test under a different Wi-Fi network.

2.) Restart your iPhone to help refresh things: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

3.) Make sure your router is using the recommended settings and access points: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

4.) Remove any VPN profiles that might be installed on your iPhone. This can cause interference with iCloud servers: Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support

5.) Make sure that your iOS version is fully updated. This can usually help with unique issues, since updates include fixes. Just in case, this link can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1.)Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.)Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.)Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

An additional step you might want to try is to reset your network settings. Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you're using iCloud Keychain, these settings are also removed from other signed-in devices.

We hope these steps are helpful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.
