le message: could not communicate with the server iCloud.

This message appears when ever I try to do verification of my account! To finally access my iCloud data

actually it’s off ( iCloud: Off)

what can I do please help!

How do I fix 'Verification failed' and 'There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server' on iPhone 4s running iOS 9.3.6? why i can't login my icloud to my iphone 4cdma ? when i log in with icloud account, iphone asks for verification code, then it also shows the code for me to enter on my iphone 7 plus but when i press ok it disappears without showing anything for me to enter the code, when i try to create an account, after i complete the steps and press create account, it shows an error that it cannot contact the server even though i am connected to wifi even though other devices are still working normally

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. Updates sometimes need to have VPN to be removed and reinstalled. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.
