Having issues with my Apple Music

I’m having a problem with my Apple Music I can’t download music on Apple Music or play offline music

Start by checking if there is an outage: Apple - Support - System Status


Also that you are following the steps: Add and download music from Apple Music - Apple Support


Also, is this occurring on Wi-Fi or cellular? To test with cellular only, turn off Settings > Wi-Fi, and only use cellular to play and download. Let us know if it works with cellular, and we'll help you with the Wi-Fi info.


If you still have issues, we'll need more information in order to help. What happens when you try to download music or play music offline? Are you seeing any error messages?


What device are you using and which software version is it running? Is your device connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network with good signal strength?


Have you checked to be sure your Apple Music subscription is active?
