How to detect a virus?

So when I wanted to check a thing, and typed it in Safari, it showed that one website. I clicked it and ads and pop-ups started appearing. I don’t trust those websites, and I left immediately. But before I left, a message popped up saying (Video not available, turn VPN), something like that, and I closed it.

And because of all that I am now worried if iPhone has a virus of not. So I would like if someone could say how to scan for viruses or something.
