How do I access the Thesaurus in Outlook on a MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air M2 in the UK, Outlook is used for emails (New version, not legacy). If I mouse click and drag to highlight a word in an email, an option appears on right click called "lookup" and Thesaurus appears.

PS. Note to Microsoft - Pity the import/export contacts still does not work.
