Blocked emei
iphone xr emei got blocked by a mistake of some provider. I have the phone and the invoice from new to prove it’s my phone but nobody seems to be able to help me deblock this phone

It sounds like your iPhone has been blacklisted by a carrier/provider. There is no other way to get the issue addressed except to contact that carrier.
Take that iPhone back to the place where you purchased it from and try and get your money back.
