my ipad displays waiting for approval how do i over come that to the next step

If this is a new device you're setting up with your Apple ID and need a verification code to approve it, make sure you check your other devices to see if a code is available. If not, check to see if there's an option for "Can't approve this iPad" and select it for next steps.
