Apple no longer sells the Series 7 and this is a forum of user to user, so we have knowledge of inventory at resellers. Suffice to say, Apple no longer sells the 7 Series at all.

The Series 7 version Nike Apple Watch is no longer sold by Apple. The Series 8 Nike Apple Watch is the current Nike Watch available from Apple.
