Iphone xs max getting restarted when i lock my screen

have an issue with my iPhone XS Max (IOS 13.5), as the title suggests I've been having a random reset issue that occurs whenever the phone is locked and screen is off.

I can use the iPhone for hours and no reboots happen, but when I lock the phone and the screen is off, the reboot occurs.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can follow to try and fix the issue:

  1. Update your iPhone: Make sure your iPhone is running on the latest iOS version. To check if there is an update available, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
  2. Check for faulty apps: Some apps can cause your iPhone to crash or reboot. Try deleting any recently installed apps and see if that fixes the issue.
  3. Check the battery health: If the battery health is low, it could be causing the random resets. To check the battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
  4. Reset all settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will reset all your settings to their default values. Note that this will not delete any of your data.
  5. Restore your iPhone: If none of the above steps work, try restoring your iPhone as a new device. Make sure to backup your data before doing this.

If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Apple support or visit an Apple Store for further assistance.
