Please contact you carrier to find out about the requirements to get your iPhone locked. Only your carrier can unlock it so that it can be used with different carriers.

But now I m out of country
Try and contact the carrier from wherever you are. You do not have to be in the same country. FYI - This carrier would be the same carrier that the iPhone worked with in the past.
