I seem to have a virus on my Mac , so I downloaded cleanmymac x and it couldn't find any malware. After some minutes I received a notification from system settings saying; "viruses found, browser is infected"
What do I do?

You ignore the scam.
Force Quit Safari, then open holding down the Shift key.
If you still have issues, download and turn EtreCheck to remove the Adware you installed.
