Charging port not working

Hello, so I'm charging my iPhone 8 Plus, then after that I unplugged it because I went outside for like 10 minutes, when I got home my iPhone restarted and after it restarts, my charging port is not working. I tried using a different charger but still, my iPhone won't charge. I tried using my lightning EarPods, but it doesn't work. I don't know what happened, I did not drop my phone. Also, I tried the voice memo app, the microphone is not working. I dont know what is happening.
