on my iPhone is empty

I have photos and files stores in my iphone 11, but when i check the files app, it shows “on my iphone is empty”

Ipad FILES.APP not accessing IPad Photos Running Files app on ios13 on IPad Pro. The iCloud icon shows in Locations, and a few folders appear but not the main PHOTOS folder or any of the Albms or photos there. I can access those items on my iPad of course, and if I sign on to iCloud through Safari, etc. But they DONT SHOW in the Files app. I’ve followed multiple online advice to remedy this: resetting every related setting, uninstalling and reinstalling Files, sacrificing live chickens to Cyber Gods (kidding)... but can’t resolve the problem. Any ideas?

My Folder App -no contents I upgraded my iPhone to 14.4 and now My Folder app has all the thumbnails of my saved pictures and videos but when I click on them I just get a black screen. How can I fix that.

Tap < Browse

Then under Favourites tap Downloads.
