My ipod is running IOS15 and my iphone is running IOS16 can anyone tell me what versions of MAC OS are compatible with these versions of IOS

Your iPod and iPhone should be compatible with most Macs since they’re running newer software. Perhaps we could better answer your question though if we knew what Mac you have to better determine what macOS version its compatible with.

Also, what is the reason that you’re asking? Are you needing to restore one of your devices using your Mac or are you trying to sync content to one of your devices? More context would go a long way in helping us better understand whats going on.
