My iPhone cellular connection doesn’t work

You posted to a thread that has nothing to do with stolen phones. You would get better responses if you started your own thread by clicking Ask the Community at the top of this page and creating a new subject and post.

The provider is irrelevant. Each phone has a separate account with the cellular provider. Even if you have 50 phones with the same provider, each account is separate and must be separately configured. So most likely your specific account is not correctly set up (or “provisioned” in telco terms). And the only way to fix it is to contact your carrier’s tech support, and ask specifically about your phone number.

For problems with cellular connections and cellular data you need to contact your carrier.
