My Macbook Safari homepage shows recently opened webpage links from my iPhone and iPad. I have gone in and cleared those links on my Macbook, but they continue to come back. How do I get rid of them permanently?

Popups in Safari I am often getting popups (see attachment) when I search something in Safari. It is like a small insert screen giving me a short description of the subject, with links to websites. It is not a big deal on my iMac, as I can click to the side and get rid of it. But, when it happens on my iPhone or iPad I do not have that option and cannot go any further, unless I click on the link, which does me no good. Does anyone have an idea how I stop this from happening? Thanks!
