How to remove iOS beta

So I need help

I have been trying my best to go back to iOS 16.4.1 but I can’t I am stuck on iOS 16.5 and I have don everything that I can possibly do but nothing will work I have tried to rest the phone connecting it to iTunes doesn’t work I have left the beta program and still I am stuck on iOS 16.5 public beta 3
