Can’t individually locate my AirPods

I had ‘find my network’ off and was able to locate my AirPods from when I last connected to them. When I turned ‘friend my network’ on, I can’t even see my AirPods on the map or online anymore. When I go to Find my iphone, it says my AirPod Setup is Incomplete so I clicked learn more. I’ve done very step i can find. 1. Updated my phone iOS 2. Turned on find my location on my phone and AirPods 3. Turned on two-factor authorization 4. Turned ICloud Keychain 5. Turned my Bluetooth on… and I’ve tried rebooting and reconnecting my AirPods multiple times. What’s the issue!? I want to be able to track my AirPods whenever…

Hello keyerra2017,

We suggest making sure you've followed these steps to set up Find My for your AirPods:

How to add your AirPods, Apple Watch, or Beats product to Find My
If your AirPods, Apple Watch, or supported Beats product are paired with your iPhone, they're automatically set up when you turn on Find My iPhone.

To make sure that you can find your devices even if they're powered off or disconnected, check that Find My network is turned on.

Turn on Find My network for AirPods Pro or AirPods Max
1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the More Info button  next to your device in the list.
3. Scroll down to Find My network.
4. Make sure that Find My network is turned on.

If that doesn't help, try resetting your AirPods and then setting up Find My again. You can find steps for resetting your AirPods here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

We hope that helps.

Take care.
