No issue updating from Ventura version 13.0 to 13.01 to 13.1 to 13.2 to 13.2.1 to 13.3 and finally to 13.3.1 the current version

This on 2 different M1 Apple Machines

Third machine arrive ( M2 ) with Ventura 13.0 jumped directly to 13.2 and eventually to 13.3.1

Sometimes, when updating from a presenting older version of Ventura to the current 13.3.1 - doing so from Recovery Mode will just work better

Though, this should not be required ( Recovery Mode ) - it will eliminate Third Party Security Software from Interfering with the Normal Update Routine ( Software Update Applet )

I upgraded from Monterey to Ventura and it went into recovery mode but then rebooted into Ventura fine. But now every subsequent update I have applied launches recovery mode, which I just ignore and reboot and the updates are all there. I have no idea why this is going on, but it's pretty annoying. I'm on an M1 Max 16-Inch MacBook Pro.
