AirPods Pro "Unknown" but they're MINE

I've had my AirPods since January and haven't had an issue whatsoever with them. One day, I think I accidentally deleted the device instead of just disconnecting them and since I did that, it's been causing problems. I keep getting notifications that there's a pair of AirPods tracked with me, even though they're the ones I got for my birthday. I set them up perfectly fine when I first got them, but I think the issue is when I accidentally "forgot device" but even when I redo the setup process, it's still showing up in my phone that I have an "Unknown AirPods" following me. I don't know how to resolve this without going up to an Apple Store, or if there's something I'm doing wrong? Any/all of the prompts I've looked up online have told me to reconnect it and I have, but again, it keeps showing that they're "not mine" even though they literally are.

Additionally, when I go to the "Find My Devices" app on my Apple Watch, it shows the location of my AirPods and has no issues. But when I go back to the "Find My" app on my iPhone, it still says location not found/setup incomplete even though I've done everything it suggests in there to make sure it's complete.
