How do I set up Apple Cash on my iPhone 8 when it doesn’t come up in my settings apple wallet I’ve had money sent to Apple Cash and now I can’t get it out

Sounds like you didn’t ever setup Apple Cash or you’re logged into an Apple ID (many people have multiple Apple IDs) that it’s not on.
