M-1 compatibility with Corel painter 2023

New imac with M-1 Chip running  Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68). Painter setup includes a performance analysis. Report indicates that Painter is unable to use the GPU. Under System Settings I have granted Full System Access to Painter and my other photo related Apps. But, still, the GPU is not recognized. Is this an Apple issue or a Corel Painter issue. Any suggestions how to fix?
