"Erase pending" means that the command to erase your iPhone has been sent from your iCloud account, but the device is currently offline or not connected to the internet. The erase process will start as soon as the stolen iPhone is online and connected to the internet. Once the device is online, it will receive the erase command and begin the process of wiping all data from the device, restoring it to its factory settings.

It's important to note that "erase pending" does not guarantee that the data on your stolen iPhone will be erased. If the device remains offline or the thief prevents it from connecting to the internet, the erase command may not be received, and your personal data could still be accessible.

If you have enabled the "Find My" feature on your iPhone and marked it as lost or stolen, it's recommended to keep monitoring the device's status in iCloud. If you're unsure about the next steps or need further assistance, reach out to Apple Support or your local law enforcement for guidance on how to proceed with a stolen device.
