Pokémon Go won’t work using 4G

Since the last upgrade I can only play Pokémon Go if I am connected to WiFi I have been in contact with the developers and done everything they suggested, plus a friend can log in and play on my account without WiFi so there has to be some conflict between the game and the apple system. Everything else work’s absolutely fine using 4G

If so I would recommend to contact apple support if they can find a solution.

As the mentioned setting is the only one who should do anything.

If you want you can try a clean install and see if that works:

First make sure you have a backup

Then factory reset your device:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

And set it up without a backup. See if the issue persists.

If that solved it there was a software issue. Try restoring the backup and see if it still works.

if that made the problem come back the issue is in the backup aswell.

Good luck!
