i Really want to change my message number to my iCloud account and it is not working why?

It sounds like you need to update your iMessages with an alternate account and we can help guide you. If your Apple ID is signed in and iCloud is enabled, then you can follow the steps listed at Set up Messages on iPhone - Apple Support in order to update the contacts available.
Go to Settings> Messages, then turn on iMessage.
To select the phone numbers and email addresses you want to use with iMessage, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, then choose from the available options below “You can receive iMessages to and reply from.”
