Unable to verify security response

iOS Security Response 16.4.1 (a) is attempting install to my Phone. It’s being unable to complete due to verification error. Complaining about internet connectivity however the phone is in network connection. Seems buggy security patch pushed this time.

Latest security patch I’m trying to do the latest update to my iPhone. I am on the Wi-Fi. I downloaded the newest update. It downloads to my phone but when I try to install it, it gives me the message “IOS security response 16.4.1 (a) failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet “ but I am absolutely still connected to the internet. Any ideas? I have tried turning phone off and on and deleting update and trying again but am having no luck.

IOS error - Unable to Verify Security Response - Trying to Install rapid response security Update 16.4.1(a) Trying to manually install the new IOS Security Response 16.4.1(a). Getting Failure message - "failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet". This makes no sense whatsoever. I am feet away from my WIFI router. Apple needs to rethink their error messages. It gives a Retry button and a Reminder Me Later button. Retrying doesn't work. I tried powering on and off my Iphone SE2. I tried rebooting. I tried resetting network connections. Does the iphone need to download this from the cellular provider?
