I have read some posts here but didn't find solution. I have deleted preferences but Final Cut Pro X still won't start. I have latest Mac OS installed and it seems it stuck at validating some UAD plugin but how to fix this ???
I have paid a lot of money for high specs Apple computer also bought this **** app and I am not able to run it!
I need this for work and it ain't working so please help it's urgent !!
Reinstalling won't help.

Many discussion threads here about this every day. So far the workaround until Apple updates macOS or FCP is to rename the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components folder to something else like Components.ignore so FCP won't scan it when launching. I have reported this to Apple via link you gave me.
Shame that such expensive things ain't working and this literally took me few hours to make it work which I could use much more effectively.
What did you do that didn't work? Did you rename the Components folder, which TerryB has posted a number of times?
Can you send a link here where TerryB saying what to do ? I didn't tried to rename anything. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall app also deleted preferences only.
The problem arose in the 13.3.1 security release that was pushed out without going through beta.
