MacBook doesn't go to sleep when idle after Ventura 13.3.1. upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my OS yesterday from Ventura 13.0 to Ventura 13.3.1 and after the update computer doesn’t go to sleep when it is idle. I have found out that culprit is probably Google Chrome Video Wake Lock. Video Wake Lock is on even when I am not at any video/audio page ie. there is not even a possibility that Chrome would be playing a video.

Before the update the computer worked well ie. if I was playing a video on Chrome it didn’t went to sleep, but if I paused the video and left the tab with video player on, computer went to sleep after it was idle for determined time.

How can I resolve this?

Did you try disable or uninstall "Google Chrome Video Wake Lock"

Thanks for your message. I didn't as I would like it to work. The way it is supposed to work is that when the video is playing it prevents computer going to sleep or dimming the screen.

However now I checked the link you sent and could figure out a search term to find how to disable it. I think it is not possible to disable it.

Chrome version that I am using is the latest and the same that I was using before Ventura upgrade and it was working perfectly before the OS upgrade.
