I need the reset pin sent to my alternate line, not my old iphone.
Need to reset my ID without the pin going to my old phone.

If the number you want it sent to was set up as a trusted phone number, see the "Get a text or phone call" section of Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support for instructions on how to get the Apple two-factor authentication code sent to it.
