my watch is stuck on APP View and will not change to clock face no matter I do. Have tried pushing the crown and does not work. Have went to watch on iPhone and set return to clock both on 2 sec and always and still does not work. Please help

Restart your watch.
Your tag line suggests you're on WatchOS 9. If you are, press and hold the elongated power button until the SOS page shows up. In the upper right hand corner you'll see a power button icon. Tap that power button icon and you'll then see swipe to power off. Swipe to power off. Wait a minute, then press and hold the same power button and keep holding it until you see the Apple Logo, then let go. Sign back in with your passcode when prompted.
Hopefully, normal operation is restored.
