Why can't I make my wallpaper fit to screen anymore?

I downloaded the latest update Ventura 13.3.1, and I have a whole folder that changes the wallpaper every minute but I cannot make it stretch to fill the screen like it used to. I seem to only be able to do it when I have selected a specific wallpaper instead of a whole folder of multiple wallpapers. I used to be able to do this and I really liked it, so I don't understand why the option is no longer there...

In the Wallpaper settings, select a single picture, then click on the double arrow icon on the right to choose how you would like the pictures displayed, "Stretch to Fill Screen" if you like. Then when you choose a folder with the wallpapers and click "Auto-Rotate", the wallpapers in the folder will follow that setting.
