Agree with @Barney-15E. At the very least make sure the Paragon software is completely up to date.
Your CleverFiles backup software also had a high number of crashes (50). Make sure that software is completely up to date as well.
The last started extension was related to SMB, so perhaps something related to the remote share.
If this third party software is not the source of the problem, then it may be memory related.
FYI, the 2019 model....especially the 16" version, does seem to have a higher rate of Logic Board failures than any other Apple USB-C laptop. A bad Logic Board is a very real possibility as well.
The only way to be certain though would be to perform a clean install of macOS which involves erasing the internal SSD before reinstalling macOS & restoring from a backup. You could try installing macOS to an external USB3 SSD and boot from the external SSD to see how things work. Testing thoroughly before installing any third party apps and before migrating/restoring from a backup is also recommended or you won't be sure if you have a hardware or software issue. The items most likely to cause the problems with your current setup are Paragon & CleverFiles, possibly Little Snitch (I don't see too many reports with it installed, so not sure). Most other items in the report are ones which the majority of users utilize.
If everything works Ok from the external SSD, then maybe there is a file system issue with the internal SSD, or an issue with the internal SSD itself, or one of the noted apps is causing a problem. Or it could be a memory issue which just has not managed to corrupt the new install on the external drive. You would need to modify the Mac's security settings using the Startup Security Utility to allow booting from external drives.
The ultimate test before taking the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for repair would be to "Restore" the T2 firmware which resets the T2 security chip & system firmware. This will destroy all files on the internal SSD and will require reinstalling macOS using Internet Recovery Mode if the process does not push a clean OS onto the internal SSD. Again, testing thoroughly before installing third party software and restoring/migrating from backup is critical to separate out hardware & software issues.
Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.
