panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe002fe9e914): watchdog timeout: no checkins from watchdogd in 184 seconds (14 totalcheckins since monitoring last enabled), shutdown in progress, vfs shutdown not yet started
I'm not so good with reading kernel panic info reports to figure out what's wrong but I got a new 14" Macbook Pro and set it up, along with my work's management software but it's hanging when I try to shut it down. Actually, the screen goes black like it's about to shutdown but then it goes back to my desktop without any menu bar or dock (just my wallpaper) with the beachball going around until it either eventually shuts down after a long time or it crashes. Below is the crash report. Any help figuring out what to do. I've read other people on this forum rolling back their macOS and that fixing it but that was back in Catalina rolling back from 10.15.7 to 10.15.6 so that doesn't apply here. Any thoughts on what's wrong here? I'm upgrading from an Intel MBP to an ARM MBP and this is not a good first experience.
