Why does it say I have esim and available sim

Why does it say I have spectrum esim with 1 IMEI number and the it says available sim through Verison (spelled that way) with a different IMEI 2 the last 7 numbers are different on the IMEI numbers. I was just previously hacked and am super paranoid with a phone now
