When I click the add button a little pop up box stating “Add Cards to Wallet- to add cards, keys, tickets and passes to wallet look for the add to wallet button in apps, emails and websites - Cancel / Learn More”. So the app won’t allow me to add anything. Please help as I like using Apple Pay and it worked fine in my other iPhone without any issues

Well, it doesn't say this anywhere in any support documentation....BUT....if you have a watch, you can add the card on your watch.....but do that by accessing the "watch" app...on your PHONE. then...once you add to your watch (on your phone), you can open the wallet on your phone and click plus, and it finds the card you added to your watch (on your phone). so confusing and frustrating. hope that helps. (if you don't have an apple watch, I don't know what to tell you....I tried this out of desperation after going in circles and it worked).

That link to "add use and share boarding passes, tickets...." doesn't say anything about the inability to add a credit card by tapping "+".
