Option key repeatedly pressed

Hi i am using a macbook air 2017, monterey and it was working fine but one day the whole middle row of my keyboard stopped working and some of the keys i press just beep but dont type anything. I have to use an external keyboard to type in my password. Im using a keyboard viewer and it shows that the option key is repeatedly pressed. It looks glitchy. My keyboard also turns into symbols if i press any of the bottom row keys.

things i’ve tried and didn't work:

-Resetting the smc

-factory reset

-removed the keys and the dust inside.

-enabled and disabled sticky keys

-deleted.plist files

As much as possible, we dont want to take it to the repair shop. Please help me
