Purchases are greyed out!

I can’t see my latest purchases on my phone. My name is grayed out! Is anyone els going through this too? I have the latest software update and I have an iPhone 13 Pro

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

If it is a private iPhone, see -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
