Pairing used Apple Watch

I bought a used Apple Watch and now I can’t pair it

Is it activation locked? The only way you can pair a locked watch is with the Apple ID and Apple ID Password, which was used to set up the watch. That can only be removed by whoever owned the watch and set it up before you got it. If you can't get whoever had the watch previously to unlock it, it's totally useless. Apple will NOT unlock the watch. We can't help you unlock the watch. If this is your scenario, try to get your money back. If you can't get your money back, recycle the watch responsibly as you can never use it.
