Turn it in to the local authorities or the lost and found

for where you found it.

The watch is locked to the owner's information and you

will not be able to pair to the watch until/unless the owner

releases it.

If the watch is charged, ask Siri who owns the watch - you

may get some helpful information to return the watch to

its owner.

I'm sorry, but what's totally amazing to me is WHY you think you should have ANY right to take someone's lost watch and use it yourself? How would you feel if you lost your watch and someone was able to put it on their wrist and use it?

As EVERYONE is telling you, you CANNOT use the watch, so do the right thing and turn it over to the authorities.
