Recovering Deleted Notes:



Visit the Following:

• Delete and Recover Notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support

• If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Suppor

If you had activated iCloud for Photos / Notes / Videos / Reminders / Messages etc (as depicted in the image below), and you deleted any or all of the data from one device, it will be removed from iCloud and all other devices linked to the same Apple ID.

Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use the Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.

Since it is synced to an email account and if you delete it from the iPhone it is gone from the respective account too.
