Change region
I can’t change region because I still have balance in my account. I need you guys to clear my account balance so I can change region, is it so frustrating because I cannot do anything about it, thank you

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the excess amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
