How to remove my Apple Account Balance to change my region?

If you have an Apple Account balance that you can’t use

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law. If your jurisdiction allows the refund of redeemed gift balances, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. 

When you contact Apple, include the following information:

•           Your Apple ID.

•           The refund amount.

•           Your current delivery address.

Can you please explain more. Are you shifting your region? Or you just want to change region? You can change your region in the Store app. Click your pic in top right corner, Goto settings and at the very bottom you can change the region. But if you want your store credit to be refunded, please talk to customer support, they might be able to transfer it back to your original payment method or the registered payment method. Also you can gift it to someone you know and needs it and take money from them.

so recently I have been to turkey and i and changed my region to be able to use the gift card in the Turkey region,and apparently I can’t waste the data balance,and I want to change back the region to Nigeria,so please I need help to remove my data balance
