If you click through to the link at the top of this page (iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support) and scroll down to the bottom, you'll see the following note: "1. For countries and regions where the local currency isn't supported, such as Argentina, storage upgrades are billed in U.S. dollars (USD)." As it happens, Sri Lanka is one of the nations where iCloud+ upgrades are billed in U.S. Dollars. This means that your iCloud+ pricing options in Sri Lanka are the same as the ones listed in USD in the iCloud+ plans and pricing page we linked above.
