Issue with Pro Apps Bundle for Education

I have purchased the Pro Apps Bundle for Education on 4/27. It stated that download codes would be sent via email 1-3 business days. Today, 5/2 marks the third business day. I have not received any email for redeemable codes. Please help. I have to complete important work and can’t complete it without my purchased redeemable codes that I have yet to receive.

FCP Bundle Email not Sent I have ordered the FCP bundle for my son last March 3 and I have not received the codes up until now. I only got the invoice for the purchase. I already called apple support 4 times and they just keep saying that they already sent the email. I did check my archive, spam folder, and even asked to recover all my deleted emails. Still no codes or email confirmation. Appstore does not show any pending downloads too. I am using just one apple ID and I do not have other accounts. Can anyone help or provide other suggestions? My son is supposed to use the app for his competition tomorrow, and he is very disappointed as I promised to have it ready this week.

Unable to access TestFlight app due to missing redeem code When TestFlight is orignally downloaded, I am unable to enter the app as I am told I had a redeem code sent to my email. I never got this code and I can not use the app. What is going on? [Edited by Moderator] Original Title: Test flight
