Using 91% isopropyl alcohol to clean apple watch

Can I dip a cotton ball in 91% alcohol to wipe the screen and back sensor on my Apple Watch series 8? Will this cause issues?

Apple Watch Ultra Cleaning Process I know Apples website specifically states to use a 70% alcohol wipe to clean your watch and band, however, I do use a 70% alcohol wipe but also spray a bit of 99.8% isopropyl onto the wipe to soak it a little more to thoroughly clean my watch.
